    Campus Director

    In this leadership position, you will be responsible for your campus’ overall direction, coordination, operation, and success. As a Director at one of our facilities, you will:

    • Ensure your campus meets or exceeds financial goals while providing remarkable leadership in the areas of customer service, team member relations, and campus business performance.
    • Provide daily support to your team of 35–40 team members and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, coaching and development.
    • Coach, communicate, align and hold accountable all staff to ensure the consistent delivery of the Young Leaders Campus Network brand expectations as an innovative child development organization.
    • Act as the ambassador to give each member an unforgettable experience!
    • Serve as a unique, inspirational leader.

    Qualified candidates must meet or exceed Texas Regulations, have strong communication skills and desire to learn and implement Young Leaders Campus Network programs. Prior experience in a childcare setting is required.

    Assistant Campus Director

    The Assistant Campus Director assists and supports Campus Director in all aspects of management of the school including business management, education and professional development, campus environment, and marketing and communications, and parent interaction.

    Qualified candidates must meet or exceed Texas Regulations, have strong communication skills and desire to learn and implement Young Leaders Campus Network programs. Prior experience in a childcare setting is required.

    Lead Teachers

    Lead teachers are responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the Young Leaders L.E.A.D (Enriched, Advanced and Developed) curriculum. They ensure that children are actively engaged in a safe, organized, stimulating classroom environment. Education, experience, and certification requirements are dependent upon classroom assignment. Qualified candidates must meet or exceed Texas Regulations, have strong communication skills and desire to learn and implement the Young Leaders Campus programs. Lead teachers should have an Early Childhood Education Degree, a degree in a related field with an Early Childhood Education emphasis, or a CDA.

    Assistant Teachers

    Assistant Teachers assist in the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children as directed by the Lead Teacher. Prior experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
